
KENDALL WINS THE 20/21 STAN BURROW STAMPEDE
The return of Kiwi Michael Kendall to the Queensland Midget scene has proved a success for the IPRB 35Q TRD team where he was close to securing the teams maiden victory on Wednesday the 13th at Archerfield Speedway falling painfully close when a fuel pump dislodged, the team then turned the car around and headed to the track this time the Highbanks of the Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway and got the job done.
Charlie Brown ran the 30 lap Feature event in second behind the flying Kiwi with Bodie Smith in third
Zac MacDonald clocked the nights “Quicktime” in hot laps with a 13.264 @ 101.779 kph
Heat race victories went the way of Darren Vine, Rusty Whittaker and Kendall by 2
The night’s roll over victims were Tony Stephens in the hot lap session and Scott Doyle departed for the night during the 2nd round of heats , both cars hard into the fence and unable to return while Rusty Whittaker recorded the feature events only DNF
The Bob Baker Challenge will return to the Highbanks on January the 30th and the best news is all 20 who made the trek up the hill in this show are eligible for the Bob Baker Cash!
